NORYL™ PX1112 PPE+HIPS Resin is a Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) and High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) Blend developed for demanding Automotive Body Panel applications requiring Impact Resistance, Dimensional Stability, and Structural Reliability. This material is engineered to meet Strict Automotive Safety requirements while maintaining consistent performance in Exterior and Interior Components.

In Safety-Critical Automotive Designs, Materials must Respond Predictably under sudden Load Conditions. This Grade is specifically formulated to meet the ECE Dashboard Impact Standard, ensuring components can Absorb and distribute Impact Energy Effectively, supporting Passenger Safety and controlled deformation Behavior.

With its balanced Mechanical Profile, NORYL™ PX1112 PPE+HIPS Resin provides Strong Impact Strength while maintaining stable Dimensional Properties. This allows Body Panels and Structural components to retain Shape and Function even after repeated Stress, supporting Durability in real Driving Conditions.
