NORYL™ PX1185 PPE+HIPS Resin is a specialized Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) and High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) Blend engineered for Automotive Trim applications requiring Low Friction Behavior, Hydrolytic Stability, and Heat Resistance. This Grade Incorporates a Self-Lubricated Formulation, making it suitable for components where Smooth Movement and reduced Wear are Essential.

In Automotive Trim Systems, Parts often Interact with Each other through Sliding or Contact Surfaces. Materials used in these Areas must Minimize Friction and Wear over time. This Grade is designed with Self-Lubricating Properties, enabling Smoother Operation and supporting Long-Term Functional reliability without the need for additional Surface Treatments.

With its balanced Composition, NORYL™ PX1185 PPE+HIPS Resin offers stable Mechanical performance Along with Low Creep Sensitivity, allowing components to maintain Shape under Continuous Load. This helps Ensure consistent alignment and Durability in Trim Assemblies exposed to repeated use.
