NORYL™ PX1390 Automotive Connector Grade PPE + HIPS Hydrolytic Stable

NORYL™ PX1390 PPE+HIPS Resin is a Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) and High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) Blend developed for applications requiring Dimensional Stability, Hydrolytic Stability, and High Heat Resistance. This material is specifically Positioned as an Automotive Connector Grade, where precision and Long-Term reliability are Critical.

Connector Systems demand Materials that can maintain Tight Tolerances under Continuous Mechanical and Environmental Stress. This Grade is engineered with Low Creep Sensitivity, allowing components to hold their Shape over time even under sustained Load, supporting Precise Fit and reliable Electrical Contact Performance.

With its balanced Structure, NORYL™ PX1390 PPE+HIPS Resin delivers Strong Dimensional Control Along with Low Warpage Behavior, helping Ensure accurate alignment of Connector Interfaces. NORYL™ PX1390 PPE+HIPS Resin Achieves UL94 HB Rating from 0.70 mm to 3.00 mm Thickness, supporting applications where Moderate Flame performance is Sufficient. In addition, it is RoHS Compliant, aligning with Global Environmental Standards.
