General Purpose High Heat Resin for Water Management Applications

NORYL™ PX1860 PPE Resin is a Non Reinforced Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) Flame Retardant Blend engineered for applications requiring High Flow, Hydrolysis Resistance, and reliable Flame Performance. This Non Brominated, Non Chlorinated Grade is designed for use in Water-Related Environments where consistent Processing and Long-Term Stability are Essential.

In Systems that Manage or Transport Water, Materials must handle Continuous Fluid exposure while maintaining performance Consistency. This Grade is developed with Strong Hydrolysis Resistance, allowing components to retain their Mechanical properties even after Prolonged Contact with Moisture, supporting stable Operation in Water-Based Environments.

A Key Feature of NORYL™ PX1860 PPE Resin is its High Flow Behavior, which enables efficient Molding of Complex Shapes and Detailed Geometries. This makes it particularly useful for Component Designs that require Precise Dimensions and Smooth Internal Surfaces, supporting efficient Manufacturing and accurate Part Formation.

Despite Being Non-Reinforced, the material maintains good Dimensional Stability, helping reduce deformation and ensuring consistent Fit in Assembled Systems. NORYL™ PX1860 PPE Resin Achieves UL94 V-1 Rating from 1.50 mm to 3.00 mm Thickness, delivering Dependable Flame Retardant performance without the use of Halogenated Additives. Its formulation supports Environmental Compliance Requirements, and it is also RoHS Compliant, aligning with Global Environmental Standards.

The material is supplied in Opaque Color Only, supporting applications where Visual Transparency is not required but Consistency and performance are Critical. This ensures uniform appearance across components used in Water Systems and Industrial Environments.
