NORYL™ PX2630 High Impact Strength PPE + HIPS General Purpose Blend

Impact Strength, Low Warpage, Dimension Stability & Hydrolytic Stable

NORYL™ PX2630 PPE + PS Resin is a General Purpose engineering Thermoplastic developed to deliver enhanced Impact Resistance while maintaining Dimensional Stability across a Wide Range of Applications. This Non Reinforced PPE + PS Resin System is positioned for designs where Mechanical Toughness and Reliable Part performance are Primary selection Criteria.

Impact Performance is a defining characteristic of NORYL™ PX2630 PPE + PS Resin, allowing Components to withstand Mechanical Shock and Handling Stress without compromising Structural Integrity. This Toughness supports use in applications where resistance to Breakage or Damage is required during assembly or Service.

Dimensional Consistency is maintained through the Low Warpage behaviour and controlled shrinkage of NORYL™ PX2630 PPE + PS Resin, supporting accurate Part Geometry during Processing and End Use. These Characteristics enable stable Fit and alignment in General engineering Components without the need for reinforcement additives.

Environmental exposure Sensitivity is reduced by the Low Moisture Absorption and Hydrolytic Stability of NORYL™ PX2630 PPE + PS Resin, helping preserve Mechanical and Dimensional Properties over time. This Stability supports reliable Performance in applications subjected to Humidity or variable Environmental Conditions.

Environmental and Regulatory alignment is addressed through the ROHS Compliant Status of NORYL™ PX2630 PPE + PS Resin, supporting application in Products intended for Global Markets. This Compliance completes the material profile by aligning Mechanical Performance with Environmental responsibility.
