NORYL™ PX2630F High Impact PPE + HIPS FDA Food Contact Compliant Resin

Good Low Moisture Absorption, Dimension Stability & Hydrolytic Stable

For applications where Durability must meet Regulatory Safety, NORYL™ PX2630F Resin provides a reliable Solution. This Non Reinforced Engineering material combines Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) with High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS), forming a balanced System designed for long term performance in controlled Environments.

A key advantage of NORYL™ PX2630F Resin Lies in its FDA Food Contact Compliance, making it suitable for components that may come into Direct or Indirect Contact with Consumables. This adds confidence when selecting Materials for Appliances and Regulated applications.

Moisture has minimal effect on performance. NORYL™ PX2630F Resin exhibits Low Moisture Absorption, allowing Molded Parts to maintain Dimensional accuracy even in Humid Conditions. Fits remain Stable. Warpage is reduced.

The material also demonstrates Strong Hydrolytic Stability. Exposure to Water does not easily Degrade its Structure, which support reliable performance over Time. This is especially useful in Environments where Temperature and Humidity Fluctuate.

Impact Resistance further enhances Durability. NORYL™ PX2630F Resin Absorbs Mechanical Stress without Cracking Easily, allowing components to withstand Routine Handling and Service Conditions.

Processing remains Efficient. The material Flows Consistently during Molding, enabling uniform Part Formation with Predictable Results across Production Cycles.

Typical applications include Food Contact Components, Appliance Housings, Water Related Systems, and durable Consumer Parts, where Compliance, Impact Resistance, and Dimensional Stability must Work Together.

Selecting NORYL™ PX2630F Resin also reflects a Responsible Approach to material Use. Its ROHS Compliant formulation support Environmentally Conscious Design while maintaining reliable Engineering Performance.
