NORYL™ PX2935 PPE+PS Resin is a 20% Glass Reinforced Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) and Polystyrene (PS) Blend engineered for applications requiring Structural Strength, Hydrolytic Stability, and Dimensional Control. This General Purpose Grade is designed to perform consistently in Outdoor Environments where both Mechanical reliability and Environmental Resistance are Critical.

For components exposed to Outdoor Conditions, maintaining Stability under Moisture, Temperature Fluctuations, and Mechanical Load is Essential. This Grade is formulated to Resist Environmental Effects, ensuring stable performance and reduced deformation over time, supporting reliable use in Long-Term applications.

With its 20% Glass Reinforcement, NORYL™ PX2935 PPE+PS Resin delivers enhanced Stiffness and Impact Performance, allowing Parts to retain Shape under Stress while Absorbing Mechanical Load Effectively. This balance makes it suitable for applications where Strength and Toughness must coexist without Compromising Dimensional Accuracy.

Another Key Advantage is its Low Moisture Absorption, which helps preserve material properties even in Humid or Outdoor Environments. This contributes to consistent Dimensional Stability and Warpage Resistance, especially in applications requiring Precision Fit and Alignment.

NORYL™ PX2935 PPE+PS Resin Achieves UL94 V-0 Rating from 0.75 mm to 3.00 mm Thickness, providing Strong Flame Retardant performance even in Thinner Sections. Its formulation supports Environmental Compliance and is also RoHS Compliant, aligning with Global Environmental Standards.
