NORYL™ PX2938 PPE + PS Resin is a Glass Reinforced, Non Halogenated Flame Retardant engineering Thermoplastic developed to deliver reliable Flame Performance together with Dimensional Control at elevated Temperatures. This General Purpose PPE Based Resin system incorporates 20% Glass Fiber Reinforcement to support structural consistency while maintaining a balanced Mechanical Profile.

Reinforcement strategy plays a Key Role in the performance of NORYL™ PX2938 PPE + PS Resin, enhancing Stiffness and Dimensional Stability without excessive weight increase. The Glass Filled Structure improves Shape Retention in Molded Parts Subjected to Thermal and Mechanical Loads Common in High Temperature engineering applications.

Thermal Performance Characteristics Enable NORYL™ PX2938 PPE + PS Resin to operate reliably in elevated Heat Environments while maintaining material Integrity. The Combination of reinforcement and Base Resin properties supports predictable performance in applications where Heat Exposure and Structural requirements must be managed simultaneously.

Dimensional accuracy is further supported by the Low Specific Gravity and controlled Warpage behavior of NORYL™ PX2938 PPE + PS Resin, allowing efficient Part Design without sacrificing Stability. Flame Safety Certification of NORYL™ PX2938 PPE + PS Resin is demonstrated through its verified UL Rating. NORYL™ PX2938 are UL94 -V0, 0.75 mm ~ 3.00 mm Rated, confirming robust Flame Resistance using a Non Brominated, Non Chlorinated formulation suitable for Compact and Thin Wall Designs.
