NORYL™ PX5534 30% Glass Fiber Reinforced Blend PPE + HIPS Unique Blend

General Purpose Resin for Wide Applications. Hydrolytic Stability

NORYL™ PX5534 PPE+HIPS Resin is a 30% Glass Reinforced Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) and High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) Blend engineered for applications requiring High Structural Strength, Hydrolytic Stability, and Dimensional Control. This General Purpose Grade is designed to perform in Systems where Mechanical Rigidity and Long-Term reliability are Essential.

In Heating and Fluid-Related Systems, components are exposed to Continuous Thermal Cycles, Moisture Contact, and Mechanical Load. This Grade is formulated to maintain stable performance under combined Thermal and Moisture Conditions, helping Ensure Durability in real Operating Environments.

With its High Glass Content, NORYL™ PX5534 PPE+HIPS Resin provides excellent Stiffness and Load-Bearing Capability, allowing Parts to retain Shape under Pressure and Elevated Temperatures. This makes it particularly effective in applications where Structural Integrity and Dimensional Accuracy are critical over time.

Another important benefit is its Low Moisture Absorption, which helps preserve material properties in Wet Conditions. Combined with Strong Hydrolytic Stability, the material supports Long-Term reliability in components exposed to Water and Temperature Variation, reducing Risk of deformation or Failure.

From a Manufacturing Perspective, the Resin is designed to maintain consistent Molding behavior despite High Reinforcement Levels. This helps Control Shrinkage and Minimizes Distortion, Contributing to improved Manufacturing Consistency and Part Precision.

NORYL™ PX5534 PPE+HIPS Resin delivers Dependable Mechanical and Environmental performance for demanding applications. In addition, it is RoHS Compliant, aligning with Global Environmental Standards.

In practical use, this Grade is well suited for Central Heating Components, Water Filters, Water Meter Parts, and Industrial Fluid System components where Strength, Stability, and Moisture Resistance are required. Its Reinforced Structure provides confidence in applications exposed to Continuous Stress and Environmental Conditions.

At its Core, NORYL™ PX5534 PPE+HIPS Resin offers a Strong combination of Reinforced Strength, Hydrolytic Stability, and Dimensional Reliability. It provides a Dependable Solution for applications requiring Long-Term performance in Heating and Water System Environments.
