NORYL™ SE1GFN2 PPE+HIPS Resin is a 20% Glass Reinforced Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) and High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) Blend designed with a Non Brominated, Non Chlorinated Flame Retardant System. This Grade is engineered to deliver High Stiffness, Outdoor Durability, and Dimensional Stability for applications operating in demanding Electrical and Energy Environments.

In Power-Related Systems such as UPS or Solar Installations, Materials must withstand Continuous exposure to Heat, Mechanical Load, and Environmental Conditions. This Grade is developed to maintain Structural Integrity under Prolonged Service Conditions, ensuring reliable performance in both Indoor and Outdoor applications.

With its Higher Glass Reinforcement Level, NORYL™ SE1GFN2 PPE+HIPS Resin provides Superior Rigidity and Load-Bearing capability compared to Lower Reinforced Grades. This allows components to retain Shape under Stress, making it well suited for applications where Structural Strength and Stability are Critical.

A Standout Advantage of this material is its combination of High Heat Resistance and Low Specific Gravity, enabling Strong Mechanical performance without Excessive Weight. This supports Designs where Strength-To-Weight Efficiency is Important, particularly in Large Housings and Frame Structures.

From a Processing Perspective, the Resin is formulated to maintain controlled Flow despite its Reinforcement Level. This helps Ensure stable Molding behavior and accurate Part Geometry, Contributing to improved Manufacturing Consistency and Dimensional Precision.

NORYL™ SE1GFN2 PPE+HIPS Resin Achieves UL94 V-0 Rating at 6.00 mm Thickness, providing reliable Flame Retardant performance for Electrical and Industrial applications. Its Non Halogen formulation aligns with Modern Safety and Environmental Expectations. In addition, it is RoHS Compliant, supporting Global Environmental Standards.

In practical use, this Grade is an excellent Candidate for UPS Inverters, Solar Frames, Electrical Enclosures, Connectors, Wall Plates, Sockets, and Switches. Its Reinforced Structure and Outdoor Durability make it particularly suitable for components exposed to Continuous Load and Environmental Stress.
