NORYL™ TP1000 PPE+GPPS Resin is a Non Reinforced Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) and General Purpose Polystyrene (GPPS) Blend engineered for applications requiring FDA Food Contact Compliance, High Heat Resistance, and High Purity Performance. This material is designed to deliver consistent Functionality while supporting Strict Hygiene and Regulatory Requirements.

In Regulated Environments, material Cleanliness and Compositional Stability are Critical. This Grade is formulated to meet Food Contact Standards while maintaining Low Contamination Risk and material Purity, making it suitable for applications where Safety and Product Integrity must be preserved.

A unique Feature of NORYL™ TP1000 PPE+GPPS Resin is its combination of transparent appearance with Black Spec Control, allowing for visually consistent Parts while minimizing Impurities. at the same time, it maintains Strong Hydrolytic Stability, ensuring reliable performance in applications exposed to Moisture or Cleaning Cycles.

Despite Being Unreinforced, the material offers good Dimensional Stability and Thermal Resistance, allowing components to retain Shape and Functional Integrity under Elevated Temperatures. This makes it suitable for applications where Heat performance and Precision must be maintained together.

From a Processing Standpoint, the Resin Flows consistently and supports Clean Molding Conditions. This contributes to improved Manufacturing Consistency and Surface Quality, particularly in applications requiring Hygienic Surfaces and controlled Appearance.

NORYL™ TP1000 PPE+GPPS Resin is classified as Non UL Rated, making it suitable for applications where Flame Retardancy is not a Primary Requirement. In addition, it is RoHS Compliant, aligning with Global Environmental Standards.

In practical use, this Grade is well suited for Food Contact Components, Small Appliance Housings, and Industrial Additive applications where Purity, Appearance, and Compliance are Essential. Its balanced performance supports both Functional and Regulatory Needs.
