NORYL™ WM330G PPE+HIPS Resin is a 30% Glass Reinforced Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) and High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) Blend developed for FDA and NSF Compliant Water Contact applications requiring High Strength, Hydrolytic Stability, and Fatigue Resistance. This Grade is designed to maintain performance in demanding Fluid Systems where repeated Mechanical Stress and Regulatory Compliance are Equally Important.

In Many Water-Handling Systems, components are not just exposed to Water—they are Constantly Cycling under Pressure and Movement. This Grade is specifically formulated to deliver good Fatigue Performance, allowing Parts to withstand repeated Mechanical Loading without Cracking or Failure, supporting Extended Service Life in Dynamic Systems.

With its 30% Glass Reinforcement, NORYL™ WM330G PPE+HIPS Resin offers Strong Structural Strength and Rigidity, ensuring components maintain Shape under Pressure and Temperature Variation. This makes it Ideal for applications where Mechanical Integrity and Dimensional Accuracy are critical over Long Operating Periods.

NORYL™ WM330G PPE+HIPS Resin Achieves UL94 HB Rating from 1.50 mm to 3.00 mm Thickness, supporting General-Purpose Flame performance Requirements. It’s Compliance with FDA and NSF Standards makes it suitable for Regulated applications, and it is also RoHS Compliant, aligning with Global Environmental Standards.

In Real-World use, this Grade is an excellent Candidate for Impellers, Pump Housings, Shower and Faucet Components, Membrane Housings, and Valves. Its combination of Strength and Fatigue Resistance makes it particularly valuable in Parts that Experience Continuous Motion and Water Exposure.
