NORYL™ ZM3242 PPE+HIPS Resin is a 30% Mineral Reinforced Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) and High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) Blend featuring a Non Brominated, Non Chlorinated Flame Retardant System. This Grade is specifically engineered to deliver Low Warpage, Dimensional Stability, and enhanced Processing Efficiency, making it well suited for Precision Electrical Housings.

In Manufacturing Environments where Part Release and Cycle time Matter, material behavior Inside the Mold becomes a Key Factor. This Grade incorporates easy Release Characteristics, allowing Parts to eject cleanly and consistently. This helps reduce Cycle time, Minimize Defects, and support efficient High-Volume Production.
