NORYL™ ZM3640 PPE+HIPS Resin is a Mineral Reinforced Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) and High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) Blend engineered with a Non Brominated, Non Chlorinated Flame Retardant System. This Grade is designed to deliver High Heat Resistance, Dimensional Stability, and Low Warpage Performance, making it suitable for Precision Structural components in Electronics and Office Equipment.
In applications such as Printer Systems, maintaining Part Flatness and alignment is critical for Overall Device Performance. This Grade is formulated to provide stable Geometry under Thermal Load, ensuring components retain their Shape even when exposed to Continuous Heat during Operation, supporting accurate Mechanical Function and System Reliability.
