Designed for Sheet Production and Forming Processes, CHIMEI POLYLAC™ PA 747H ABS Resin is engineered for applications that require Stable Extrusion Performance with reliable Chemical Resistance. This grade is optimized for producing Thin Sheets that will undergo Vacuum Forming or Secondary Processing.
The material flows in a controlled manner during Extrusion. with a Melt Flow Index of 3 ml/10 min (ISO 1133), CHIMEI POLYLAC™ PA 747H ABS Resin maintains Steady Output without Excessive Flow, helping achieve consistent Sheet Thickness and Surface Quality.
Chemical Resistance is a Key Strength. CHIMEI POLYLAC™ PA 747H ABS Resin performs well in Environments where Exposure to Cleaning Agents or Household Chemicals is expected. This makes it particularly suitable for Refrigerator Inner Linings and Plating Materials, where Durability and Surface Integrity are Important.
