POLYLAC PA-756S is a Super Flow Thin Wall ABS Resin for Large Parts

Medium Impact Strength with Ease of Processing & UL94-HB Rating

POLYLAC™ PA-756S ABS Resin is an ultra high-flow Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene material developed by CHIMEI Corporation, Taiwan, for injection molded parts that demand exceptional processing efficiency and design flexibility. Engineered to address the challenges of modern product design, POLYLAC™ PA-756S enables manufacturers to produce large molded components, thin-wall parts and highly detailed geometries with greater ease and consistency.

When mold designs become larger, thinner and more intricate, material flow plays a critical role in production success. POLYLAC™ PA-756S ABS Resin is specifically formulated to deliver outstanding flow performance, allowing the material to travel through long flow paths and fill complex cavities efficiently. This capability helps improve mold filling, reduce injection pressure requirements and support stable production in high-volume manufacturing environments.

With a Melt Flow Index (MFI) of approximately 58 ml/10 min (ISO 1133), POLYLAC™ PA-756S belongs to the super high-flow category of ABS materials. The enhanced flow characteristics allow manufacturers to reproduce fine design details and intricate surface features while maintaining consistent part quality across complex mold configurations.

The processing advantages of POLYLAC™ PA-756S ABS Resin make it particularly suitable for modern applications such as automotive interior trim, exterior body panels, computer housings, printer enclosures, refrigerator components, washing machine parts and consumer electronics casings. Components with large surface areas or thin-wall structures can be manufactured more efficiently while maintaining attractive appearance and dimensional consistency.

Although optimized for flowability, POLYLAC™ PA-756S also provides balanced mechanical performance through its medium impact strength. This combination allows designers to reduce component weight without sacrificing the durability expected from ABS materials. The result is a practical balance of lightweight design, manufacturing efficiency and everyday reliability.

Another benefit of POLYLAC™ PA-756S ABS Resin is its ability to produce large visible surfaces with excellent uniformity and surface appearance. The material supports the manufacture of aesthetically demanding products where finish quality is important, including appliance housings, vacuum cleaner casings, recreational products and consumer electronic devices.

For manufacturers focused on productivity, POLYLAC™ PA-756S offers significant processing advantages. The super high-flow formulation simplifies the molding of complex shapes and difficult geometries while supporting shorter cycle times and improved production efficiency. These characteristics help reduce manufacturing challenges associated with large parts and demanding mold designs.

In addition to its processing and performance benefits, POLYLAC™ PA-756S ABS Resin is RoHS Compliant, supporting environmentally responsible material selection and compliance with global environmental regulations. Combined with CHIMEI's consistent quality standards, POLYLAC™ PA-756S provides a reliable solution for manufacturers seeking high productivity, design freedom and consistent product quality.
