POLYLAC™ PA-777B is a High Heat Grade ABS Resin Developed by CHIMEI, Taiwan. The Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene, is a Thermoplastic Polymer that is commonly used in a Wide Range of Applications due to its Strong and Durable Properties.

The Unique High Heat POLYLAC™ PA-777B Resin offers Enhance Thermal Stability and Mechanical Properties. It can Withstand Continuous use at High Temperatures without Significant Deformation or Loss of Properties. Meanwhile, it also has Excellent Dimensional Stability, Chemical Resistance, and Surface Finish, which makes it an Ideal Material for High Heat Appliances such as Hair Dryers, Toasters, Iron Casing, Water Heater or Coffee Makers.

POLYLAC™ PA-777B Resin High Impact Strength Ensures that the Appliance Components Made from it can Withstand the Rigors of Daily Use, while its Heat Resistance enables Them to Operate Reliably under Extreme Conditions. Additionally, its Excellent Flow Properties make it Easy to Mold Complex Shapes with Intricate Details, allowing for Greater Design Flexibility.

It has Melt Flow Index of 8.5 ml/10 min ( Based on ISO 1133 Test Method ).
