GEPAX™ 7206 Sheet is a High-Performance Opaque Monolithic Polycarbonate Sheet developed for Industrial Equipment, Machine Covers, Protective Housings and Indoor applications requiring Flame Retardancy, Dimensional Stability and Long-Term Durability. Featuring a Suede Textured Top Surface and a Fine Matte Bottom Surface, GEPAX™ 7206 combines Premium Aesthetics with enhanced Mar Resistance and excellent Mechanical Performance.

Manufactured from Advanced LEXAN™ Polycarbonate Resin, GEPAX™ 7206 Polycarbonate Sheet is specifically engineered for Industrial applications where Traditional Metal Panels can be replaced with a Lightweight, Formable and Impact-Resistant Alternative. The High-Opacity formulation Effectively Conceals Internal components while maintaining an attractive and Professional Appearance.

A Key Advantage of GEPAX™ 7206 is its UL 94 V-0 Flame Rating at 3.0 mm Thickness, providing enhanced Fire Safety performance for Electrical Equipment, Machinery Covers and Industrial Enclosures. The Sheet features a Distinctive Suede Textured First Surface that delivers excellent Cosmetic appearance and improved Mar Resistance. The Fine Matte Second Surface is designed as a Non-Functional Back Surface while supporting efficient Fabrication and Thermoforming Processes.
