ULTEM™ 1000E PEI Resin is a High-Performance General-Purpose Polyetherimide Material developed for Applications requiring excellent Thermal Stability, inherent Flame Retardancy, and improved Processing Efficiency. With a Glass Transition Temperature of 217°C, ULTEM™ 1000E PEI Resin maintains Mechanical Integrity under Elevated Temperature Conditions, supporting reliable Performance in demanding Environments.

A balanced combination of Strength, Stiffness, and Dimensional Stability allows the Material to perform consistently in Industrial and Electrical Applications where Long-Term Thermal Resistance is essential. These characteristics help Components retain Structural Accuracy and Functional Reliability during continuous Operation.

Internal Mold Release Technology integrated within ULTEM™ 1000E PEI Resin allows easier Part Ejection and smoother Processing, improving Cycle Time and Surface Quality. This feature also reduces Tooling Build-Up, supporting Cleaner Manufacturing Operations and higher Production Efficiency.
