Form and consistency Define ULTEM™ 1000F3SP PEI Powder. Unlike standard Pellet Materials, this Grade is supplied in a Spherical Powder Form, designed for applications that require controlled Particle behaviour and uniform Distribution during Processing.
ULTEM™ 1000F3SP PEI Powder features a Particle Size range of approximately 15 to 75 Microns, allowing Stable Flow and Predictable Packing Characteristics. The Spherical Structure helps Improve Handling, Promotes uniform Spreading, and support consistent Consolidation in Powder Based Processes.
Thermal Capability remains a Core Strength. ULTEM™ 1000F3SP PEI Powder retains a Glass Transition Temperature of about 217 °C, enabling components to perform Reliably in High Temperature Environments. Mechanical properties Remain Stable even when exposed to Continuous Heat.
ULTEM™ 1000F3SP PEI Powder is FDA Food contact Compliant, making it suitable for applications where Regulatory approval is required for contact with Consumables. This expands its Usability in controlled Manufacturing and Specialized Environments.
The material is supplied in a Characteristic Transparent Amber Color, maintaining the Inherent Visual Identity of PEI while supporting Clarity in Finished or Semi Transparent Applications.
