ULTEM™ 1010AR PEI Resin is designed to simplify that Process. This General Purpose Polyetherimide combines enhanced Flow with easy Release characteristics, allowing Smoother production Cycles without sacrificing High Temperature Performance.

the ULTEM™ 1010AR PEI Resin improves how parts Fill and Eject. The enhanced Flow helps the material Reach Thin or Complex Sections with Less Resistance. The easy Release behaviour reduces Sticking in the Mold, which can Shorten Cycle Times and Improve consistency across Runs.

Thermal capability remains a key advantage. ULTEM™ 1010AR PEI Resin maintains a Glass Transition Temperature of approximately 217 °C, allowing components to retain Strength under Elevated Temperatures. Performance remains Stable in applications exposed to continuous Heat.

Mechanical Integrity is preserved despite its improved Process ability. ULTEM™ 1010AR PEI Resin delivers reliable Strength and Modulus at High Temperature, supporting Structural use while maintaining Dimensional Accuracy.
