High-Temperature PEI for Surface-Critical and Secondary Processing Applications

ULTEM™ 1010M PEI Resin is a High-Performance, Non-Reinforced Polyetherimide material designed for applications requiring improved Flow, Controlled Mold Release, And reliable Thermal and Mechanical Stability. It offers a balanced Solution for General-Purpose Engineering applications.
The Advanced material Design features a reduced Level of Internal Mold Release, Allowing Better Surface Control and enhanced Post-Processing flexibility compared to standard Mold Release Grades.

ULTEM™ 1010M PEI Resin delivers High Strength, Stiffness, And Dimensional Stability at Elevated Temperatures, Supporting consistent Performance in demanding Industrial and Electrical Environments.

The Unique formulation provides improved Processability for Metallization applications, Enabling Direct Metallization without the need for Primer, Which Simplifies Secondary Operations and enhances production Efficiency.

ULTEM™ 1010M PEI Resin is inherently Flame Retardant and offers reliable Thermal Resistance, Maintaining Mechanical Integrity across a Wide Temperature range without the use of Halogenated Additives.

This material is available in Opaque Colors, Supporting applications where Surface Quality and Structural Performance are Prioritized.
ULTEM™ 1010M PEI Resin is suitable for Lighting components, Metallized Parts, Electrical Housings, And General Industrial applications, Where controlled Release, Surface Quality, And Processability are critical.

It is not UL Rated, As the material is optimized for Processing and Surface Performance rather than standard Flame Classification.
This Resin is RoHS Compliant, Supporting Environmentally Responsible material selection while delivering improved Flow, Controlled Mold Release, And Metallization capability.
