ULTEM™ 1010P PEI Powder is developed for applications that require reliable Powder Handling with Built in Flame Performance. This Non Reinforced Polyetherimide is supplied in a Spherical Particle Form, offering Stable Processing behaviour across a Wide range of Powder Based manufacturing Systems.

this Special ULTEM™ 1010P PEI Powder features an average Particle Size of approximately 350 Microns, providing a Good balance between Flow stability and Packing Efficiency. The Spherical Geometry support Smooth Movement during Feeding, reducing Irregular Flow while allowing consistent material Distribution.

ULTEM™ 1010P PEI Powder is inherently Flame Retardant. This eliminates the need for additional Additives while maintaining clean material Performance. Safety Performance remains consistent across Different Processing Conditions.

Thermal capability remains a Defining Property. ULTEM™ 1010P PEI Powder retains a Glass Transition Temperature of approximately 217 °C, allowing components to maintain Structural Integrity under Elevated Temperatures. This support use in repeated Thermal Cycles without Significant Loss of Mechanical Performance.

ULTEM™ 1010P PEI Powder is offered in Transparent Amber or Opaque Variants, allowing adaptation to different application Needs without affecting Core material Performance.
