ULTEM™ 1010P200 PEI Resin is a High-Performance Non-Reinforced Polyetherimide material Supplied in Powder Form, Designed for applications requiring High Thermal Stability, Controlled Particle Size, And Flexible Processing Methods. With a Glass Transition Temperature (Tg) Of 217°C, It maintains Mechanical Integrity in High-Temperature Environments.
The Advanced Powder Morphology features a Spherical Particle Structure, Supporting consistent Flow and uniform Distribution in Powder-Based Processing applications such as Coating, Sintering, And Additive manufacturing.
ULTEM™ 1010P200 PEI Resin provides reliable Mechanical Strength, Dimensional Stability, And inherent Flame Retardancy, Ensuring Stable Performance across a Wide range of Industrial applications.
The Unique formulation includes a Lower Molecular Weight compared to ULTEM™ 1000P Grades, Enabling improved Flow behavior and Processing Efficiency in Powder-Based Systems.
ULTEM™ 1010P200 PEI Resin offers a controlled Particle Size Distribution, With an Average Particle Size (D50) Of approximately 200 Microns and a Maximum Particle Size (D100) Of approximately 450 Microns, Supporting Specific Application Requirements.
The material is available in Transparent Amber or Opaque Colors, Maintaining the Typical Visual characteristics of PEI while supporting Functional Processing Needs.
ULTEM™ 1010P200 PEI Resin is Ideal for Powder Coating, Additive manufacturing, Thermal Processing, And Industrial applications, Where controlled particle behavior and thermal stability are essential.
It is not UL Rated, As the material is optimized for Powder Processing applications rather than standard Flame Classification.
