ULTEM™ 1010R Non Reinforced Easy Release Enhanced Flow FAR PEI Resin

ULTEM™ 1010R PEI Resin is a High-Performance, Non-Reinforced Polyetherimide material designed for applications requiring enhanced Flow, Easy Release Processing, And Aerospace Flame Compliance. With a Glass Transition Temperature (Tg) Of 217°C, It maintains Structural Stability in High-Temperature Environments.

The Advanced material Design provides balanced Mechanical Strength, Dimensional Stability, And improved Processability, Allowing efficient production of Complex and Thin-Walled components.

ULTEM™ 1010R PEI Resin meets FAR 25.853 Requirements, Supporting use in Aerospace applications where Flame, Smoke, And Toxicity Standards are critical.

The Unique formulation incorporates enhanced Flow characteristics combined with Internal Mold Release, Enabling easier Part Ejection, Improved Surface Finish, And Increased production Efficiency.

ULTEM™ 1010R PEI Resin is inherently Flame Retardant and achieves UL94 V0 Ratedfrom 0.75 mm to 3.00 mm, Without the use of Halogenated Additives.

The material is Halogen-Free and complies with Standards including IEC 61249-2-21, IPC 4101E, And JEDEC JS709B, Supporting Environmentally Responsible and Safety-Focused material selection.

ULTEM™ 1010R PEI Resin is available in Opaque Colors, Optimized for applications where Performance and Compliance are Prioritized over Transparency.
