ULTEM™ 1040P PEI Resin Is A High-Performance Non-Reinforced Polyetherimide Material Supplied In Powder Form, Designed For Applications Requiring High Thermal Stability, Improved Flow Behavior, And Advanced Powder Processing Capability. With A Glass Transition Temperature (Tg) Of 217°C, It Maintains Reliable Mechanical Performance In Elevated Temperature Environments.

The Advanced Powder Morphology Features A Controlled Spherical Particle Structure, Supporting Consistent Flowability And Uniform Distribution In Processing Methods Such As Coating, Sintering, And Additive Manufacturing.

ULTEM™ 1040P PEI Resin Provides Inherent Flame Retardancy, Mechanical Strength, And Dimensional Stability, Ensuring dependable Performance across a wide range of industrial applications.

The Unique Formulation Includes A Lower Molecular Weight Compared To ULTEM™ 1000P Grades, Resulting In Enhanced Flow Characteristics And Improved Processing Efficiency In Powder-Based systems.

ULTEM™ 1040P PEI Resin Offers A Controlled Particle Size Distribution With Average Particle Size (D50) Of Approximately 350 Microns, Supporting optimized behavior for specific application requirements.

The Material Is availableIn Transparent Amber or Opaque Colors, Maintaining the characteristic appearance of PEI while supporting functional processing needs.

ULTEM™ 1040P PEI Resin Is Suitable For Powder Coating, Thermal Processing, Additive Manufacturing, And Industrial Applications, Where material Flow, thermal Performance, and consistency are critical.
