ULTEM™ 1100 PEI Resin is a High-Performance, General-Purpose Thermoplastic designed for applications requiring High Heat Resistance, Inherent Flame Retardancy, and enhanced Color capability. with a Glass Transition Temperature (Tg) of 217°C, The material maintains Mechanical Integrity under Elevated Temperature Conditions.

The Amorphous PEI Structure provides High Strength, Stiffness, and Dimensional Stability, enabling reliable Performance in both Thermal and Mechanical Stress Environments. Its balanced Properties make it suitable for a Wide range of Industrial and Electrical applications.

ULTEM™ 1100 PEI Resin is Differentiated by Its High Pigment Loading capability, allowing consistent and Deep Coloration without Compromising Mechanical or Thermal Performance. This Characteristic makes it Ideal for applications requiring both Performance and Aesthetic flexibility.

The material is inherently Flame Retardant and achieves UL94 V0 Ratedfrom 0.75 mm to 3.00 mm, without the use of Halogenated Additives. This ensures reliable Flame Resistance while supporting Compliance with Environmental and Safety Requirements.

ULTEM™ 1100 PEI Resin maintains High Strength and Modulus at Elevated Temperatures, ensuring Structural Stability in demanding Environments. It is available in Transparent Amber or Opaque Colors, providing Design Versatility across Different applications.

The Resin supports Good Processability, enabling efficient Molding of Complex components while maintaining consistent Quality and Performance.
