ULTEM™ 1110 PEI Resin, General Purpose, Non Reinforced Polyetherimide is developed for applications that require High Heat Resistance together with consistent Molding behaviour.

The Advance ULTEM™ 1110 PEI Resin is defined by a Glass Transition temperature of approximately 217 °C, allowing components to retain Strength and Rigidity at Elevated Temperatures. Parts maintain shape under Heat. Mechanical stability remains reliable in demanding Environments.

Processing is equally important. ULTEM™ 1110 PEI Resin offers improved Flow characteristics, making it easier to Fill Complex Geometries compared to Traditional High Temperature Materials. Molded Parts achieve better Detail Definition. Cycle consistency improves during production.

ULTEM™ 1110 PEI Resin, High Pigment Loading capability support Strong and uniform Coloration without compromising material Performance. This makes it particularly useful in applications where appearance must be controlled alongside Engineering properties.

This Resin maintains Strength and Modulus, allowing components to perform Structurally even under prolonged Thermal exposure. This combination of Flow and Strength helps balance Manufacturability with Durability.

ULTEM™ 1110 PEI Resin is classified as UL94-V0, 0.75 mm ~ 3.00 mm Rated, supporting applications that require reliable Flame Resistance at Thin Wall Sections.
