ULTEM™ 2100R PEI Resin Is A High-Performance Engineering Thermoplastic Reinforced With 10% Glass Fiber, Developed For Applications Requiring Enhanced Rigidity, Dimensional Stability, And Reliable High-Temperature Performance. With A Glass Transition Temperature (Tg) Of 217°C, It Maintains Structural Integrity In Demanding Environments.

Optimized For Processing Efficiency, This Grade Incorporates Internal Mold Release Technology, Enabling Easier Part Ejection, Reduced Cycle Time, And Improved Surface Consistency During Manufacturing.

ULTEM™ 2100R PEI Resin Delivers High Stiffness, Strength, And Improved Dimensional Control, Making It Suitable For Structural Components Operating Under Mechanical Load And Thermal Stress.

A Key Advantage Of This Material Is Its Combination Of Glass Reinforcement With Standard Flow Characteristics, Providing A Balance Between Structural Performance and processability.

ULTEM™ 2100R PEI Resin Is Inherently Flame Retardant And Achieves UL94 V0 RatedFrom 0.41 mm To 3.00 mm, Ensuring Reliable flame Performance without halogenated additives.
