ULTEM™ 2110 PEI Resin is a High-Performance Engineering Thermoplastic reinforced with 10% Glass Fiber, designed for applications requiring improved Flow, Enhanced Rigidity, and reliable High-Temperature Performance. With a Glass Transition Temperature (Tg) of 217°C, ULTEM™ 2110 PEI Resin maintains Structural Integrity under demanding Thermal Conditions, making it suitable for advanced Industrial and Electrical Environments.
The Glass-Reinforced PEI Structure in ULTEM™ 2110 PEI Resin provides Increased Stiffness, Higher Modulus, and improved Dimensional Stability, allowing components to withstand Mechanical Loads while maintaining Tight Tolerances. This optimized formulation reduces Warpage and enhances Part Consistency compared to Standard Grades, supporting Precision Applications where Accuracy and Stability remain Critical Requirements.
ULTEM™ 2110 PEI Resin offers improved Flow Characteristics compared to ULTEM™ 2100 and 1000 Series, enabling easier Processing and the production of Complex or Thin-Walled Components without compromising Mechanical Performance. This combination of Reinforcement and Flow Improvement allows ULTEM™ 2110 PEI Resin to deliver both Manufacturability and Structural Strength in demanding Production Environments.
Inherent Flame Retardant Properties allow ULTEM™ 2110 PEI Resin to achieve UL94 V0 Ratedfrom 0.41 mm to 3.00 mm without Halogenated Additives. This ensures Safe and reliable Performance in Electrical Components, Industrial Systems, and Applications requiring Flame Resistance and Safety Compliance.
High Strength and Rigidity at Elevated Temperatures, combined with Long-Term Thermal Stability, enable ULTEM™ 2110 PEI Resin to maintain consistent Performance under Continuous Use Conditions. Compared to Lower-Reinforced or Unreinforced Grades, ULTEM™ 2110 PEI Resin provides improved Dimensional Control and Mechanical Reliability in High-Load and High-Temperature Environments.
As part of the ULTEM™ 2000 Series, ULTEM™ 2110 PEI Resin offers Better Rigidity and Dimensional Stability compared to the ULTEM™ 1000 Series, while also delivering Lower Warpage and improved Process Efficiency.
