ULTEM™ 2110EPR PEI Resin Is A High-Performance Engineering Thermoplastic Reinforced With 10% Glass Fiber, Developed For Applications Requiring Enhanced Electroplating Adhesion, High Flow Processing, And Reliable High-Temperature Performance. With A Glass Transition Temperature (Tg) Of 217°C, It Maintains Structural Integrity In Demanding Environments.

Built For Advanced Surface Finishing Applications, This Grade Delivers Significantly Improved Electroplating Performance, enabling stronger metal adhesion and more durable plated layers compared to standard reinforced PEI grades.

ULTEM™ 2110EPR PEI Resin Offers Up To Four Times Higher Plating Adhesion And Approximately 30% Improved Flow Compared To Standard ULTEM™ 2000 Series Materials, allowing better processability alongside enhanced functional Performance.

The Formulation Integrates Internal Mold Release Technology, helping to improve part ejection, reduce cycle times, and maintain consistent surface quality during molding.

ULTEM™ 2110EPR PEI Resin Achieves UL94 V0 Flame RatedFrom 0.40 mm To 3.00 mm, delivering reliable flame Performance without the use of halogenated additives.

This Grade Also Provides High Rigidity, Dimensional Stability, And Resistance To Thermal Deformation, making it suitable for precision structural and plated applications under mechanical and thermal loads.

ULTEM™ 2110EPR PEI Resin Is availableIn Transparent Amber or Opaque Colors, offering flexibility in both design and functional requirements.
It Is Commonly Used In Electroplated Components, Electronic Housings, Automotive Parts, And Decorative-Functional Surfaces, where strong metal adhesion and structural stability are essential.

This Resin Is RoHS Compliant, Supporting Environmentally Responsible Material Selection While Delivering Advanced Plating Performance, High Flow Efficiency, And Long-Term Durability.
