ULTEM™ 2200 PEI Resin is a High-Performance Engineering Thermoplastic Reinforced with 20% Glass Fiber, Designed for applications requiring High Rigidity, Dimensional Stability, and reliable Thermal Performance. With a High Glass Transition Temperature, It maintains Mechanical Integrity under Elevated Temperature Conditions.

The Glass-Reinforced PEI Structure provides enhanced Stiffness, Higher Modulus, and improved Dimensional Stability, Enabling components to maintain Tight Tolerances under Mechanical Load and Thermal Stress. This makes it suitable for Precision and Structural applications.

ULTEM™ 2200 PEI Resin is inherently Flame Retardant and achieves UL94 V0 Ratedfrom 0.41 mm to 3.00 mm, Without the use of Halogenated Additives. It supports reliable Performance in applications requiring Flame Resistance and Safety Compliance.

The material delivers excellent Dimensional Stability combined with Broad Chemical Resistance, Allowing it to withstand Harsh Environments while maintaining Structural Integrity. Its Performance makes it suitable for Industrial and Fluid Handling applications.

ULTEM™ 2200 PEI Resin is Certified to NSF 51 and WRAS Standards in Approved Colors, Supporting use in applications requiring Contact with Water and Food-Related Systems under controlled Conditions.

The Resin features standard Flow characteristics, Enabling efficient Processing while maintaining Reinforced Mechanical Properties. It belongs to the ULTEM™ 2000 Series, Offering improved Rigidity and Dimensional Stability compared to ULTEM™ 1000 Series.

ULTEM™ 2200 PEI Resin is available in Opaque Colors, Supporting applications where Structural Performance and Durability are Prioritized.
