ULTEM™ 2210EPR PEI Resin Is A High-Performance Engineering Thermoplastic Reinforced With 20% Glass Fiber, Designed For Applications Requiring Superior Electroplating Adhesion, High Flow Processability, And Structural Strength At Elevated Temperatures. With A Glass Transition Temperature (Tg) Of 217°C, It Maintains Mechanical Integrity Under Demanding Conditions.

Developed For Advanced Surface Finishing, This Grade Enables Significantly Enhanced Metal Plating Performance, allowing stronger adhesion and improved durability of plated layers in both functional and decorative applications.

ULTEM™ 2210EPR PEI Resin Delivers Up To Four Times Higher Plating Adhesion And Approximately 30% Improved Flow Compared To Standard ULTEM™ 2000 Reinforced Grades, providing a unique combination of process efficiency and surface Performance.

A Key Advantage Of This Material Is Its Integration Of Internal Mold Release With Electroplating Optimization, allowing smooth processing, easier demolding, and consistent surface readiness for plating operations.

ULTEM™ 2210EPR PEI Resin Achieves UL94 V0 Flame RatedFrom 0.40 mm To 3.00 mm, ensuring reliable flame resistance without halogen-based additives.

In Addition To Plating Benefits, The Material Offers High Rigidity, Improved Dimensional Stability, And Strong Mechanical Performance, making it suitable for precision structural components under thermal and mechanical stress.
