Flow Performance has been optimized for Processing. ULTEM™ 2210F PEI Resin Fills Molds more efficiently than Traditional Reinforced PEI Grades. Complex Geometries can be produced with better Consistency, supporting reliable manufacturing Outcomes.
ULTEM™ 2210F PEI Resin meets U.S. FDA and EU Food contact Requirements, while also Holding NSF 51 Listing and WRAS Certification. These Approvals make it suitable for Systems Involving Potable Water, Food Processing, and Regulated Fluid Environments.
Thermal capability remains consistent with the PEI Platform. ULTEM™ 2210F PEI Resin maintains Performance at a Glass Transition Temperature of approximately 217 °C, allowing components to retain Strength under Elevated Temperature exposure.
