ULTEM™ 2210R PEI Resin is a High-Performance Engineering Thermoplastic reinforced with 20% Glass Fiber, developed for Applications requiring a strong balance of Rigidity, Stiffness, and improved Processability. With a Glass Transition Temperature of 217°C, ULTEM™ 2210R PEI Resin maintains Structural Integrity under Elevated Thermal Conditions while supporting efficient Molding Performance.
Enhanced Flow Characteristics allow ULTEM™ 2210R PEI Resin to enable smoother Mold Filling and stable Processing Behavior, particularly for Components with Complex Geometries or Fine Features. This improved Flow Performance supports consistent Part Formation while preserving Reinforced Mechanical Strength and Dimensional Control.
