ULTEM™ 2300 PEI Resin is a High Performance Engineering Thermoplastic Reinforced with 30% Glass Fiber, designed for applications requiring Maximum Rigidity, Structural Strength, and High-temperature Stability in Aerospace and Industrial Environments. with a Glass Transition Temperature of 217°c, it maintains Mechanical Integrity under Extreme Conditions.

The Glass Reinforced PEI Structure provides High Tensile Strength, increased Modulus, and Superior Dimensional Stability, enabling components to maintain Tight Tolerances under continuous Mechanical Load and Thermal exposure. This makes it Highly suitable for Structural and Load-bearing applications.

ULTEM™ 2300 PEI Resin meets Far 25.853 FST requirements, supporting use in Aerospace Interior and Safety-critical applications. It also achieves Ul94 V0 Ratedfrom 0.25 mm to 3.00 mm, Delivering High-level Flame Retardant Performance without the use of additional Flame Retardant modifiers.

The material provides excellent Heat Resistance and Long Term Thermal Stability, While Retaining the Core Benefits of base ULTEM™ Resin, including Processability and reliable Performance across a Wide range of applications.

ULTEM™ 2300 PEI Resin maintains Structural Integrity and Dimensional Control at Elevated Temperatures, making it suitable for High-precision components that require consistent Performance in demanding Environments.
The Resin is available in Opaque Colors, supporting applications Focused on Mechanical Performance and Structural reliability rather than Optical Clarity.
