ULTEM™ 2300F 30% Glass Reinforced Food Contact Compliant PEI Resin

ULTEM™ 2300F PEI Resin with 30% Glass Fiber Reinforced Polyetherimide is developed for applications where Structural Rigidity must be combined with Certified Food and Water contact Compliance.

the Resin delivers a Stronger Structural Response compared to Lower Filled Grades. The Higher Glass Loading increases Stiffness and Load Bearing capability, allowing components to retain Shape under Mechanical Stress while maintaining Dimensional Accuracy.

ULTEM™ 2300F PEI Resin fills Molds consistently without excessive Pressure Requirements, supporting stable production across a range of Part Geometries. This helps maintain repeatability in manufacturing Environments where consistency is critical.

Compliance defines its Application range. ULTEM™ 2300F PEI Resin meets U.S. FDA and EU Food contact requirements, while also carrying NSF 51 Listing and WRAS Certification. These approvals make it suitable for systems involving Potable Water, Beverage Handling, and Food Processing Equipment.

ULTEM™ 2300F PEI Resin operates at a Glass Transition Temperature Around 217 °C, ensuring reliable Mechanical Performance under continuous Heat exposure.

Fire Performance is addressed through inherent PEI properties. ULTEM™ 2300F PEI Resin achieves UL94 V0, 0.25 mm ~ 3.00 mm Rated, supporting applications that demand Flame Resistance at Thin Sections.

Supplied in Opaque Recognized Colors, ULTEM™ 2300F PEI Resin allows consistent Visual Identification while maintaining it’s Structural and Regulatory Performance.

Environmental Requirements are supported through RoHS Compliance, helping align Performance with Responsible material selection in Regulated applications.
