Greater Rigidity. Improved Dimensional Stability and Improved Flow
ULTEM™ 2310R PEI Resin is engineered to simplify Molding of highly Reinforced Parts without Sacrificing Structural Performance. This 30% Glass Fiber Reinforced Polyetherimide introduces improved Flow and Built in Mold Release, making High Stiffness components easier to produce at consistent Quality.
The material is supplied in Opaque Form, supporting consistent Part appearance across production Runs.
ULTEM™ 2310R PEI Resin reduces Resistance during Molding. The improved Flow allows material to Fill Complex Geometries more effectively, even with High Glass Loading. at the Same time, the integrated Mold Release feature helps Parts Eject more cleanly, reducing Sticking and minimizing Cycle Interruptions.
Despite the Processing advantages, ULTEM™ 2310R PEI Resin maintains Strong Structural Performance. The Glass Reinforcement provides High Stiffness, supporting Parts that must resist deformation under Load. Dimensional stability remains consistent, especially in applications that require Tight Tolerances.
ULTEM™ 2310R PEI Resin operates with a Glass Transition Temperature of approximately 217 °C, allowing components to perform reliably in Elevated Temperature Environments without Loss of Mechanical Strength.
Functionally, ULTEM™ 2310R PEI Resin bridges the Gap between High Reinforcement Performance and manufacturing Efficiency. It support production where Structure Matters, while reducing Challenges typically associated with Heavily Filled Resins.
From a Safety Standpoint, ULTEM™ 2310R PEI Resin meets UL94 V0, 0.25 mm ~ 3.00 mm Rated, enabling use in applications requiring Flame Resistance at Thin Sections.
ULTEM™ 2310R PEI Resin meets Environmental Requirements through RoHS Compliance, supporting Responsible use in Advanced Engineering applications.
