High-Flow Reinforced Performance with Exceptional Rigidity and Dimensional Stability

ULTEM™ 2410 PEI Resin is a High-Performance Engineering Thermoplastic reinforced with 40% Glass Fiber, designed for applications requiring High Flow, Exceptional Rigidity, and Superior Dimensional Stability at Elevated Temperatures. With a Glass Transition Temperature of 217°C, ULTEM™ 2410 PEI Resin maintains Structural Integrity in demanding Thermal Environments, making it suitable for advanced Structural and Industrial Applications.

The Highly Reinforced PEI Structure in ULTEM™ 2410 PEI Resin provides Very High Stiffness, Increased Modulus, and excellent Creep Resistance, allowing components to maintain Tight Tolerances under Continuous Mechanical Load. The use of Milled Glass Reinforcement enhances Dimensional Control and Structural Performance, supporting Precision Parts where Stability and Alignment remain Critical Requirements.

ULTEM™ 2410 PEI Resin offers improved Flow Characteristics compared to ULTEM™ 2300 and 1000 Series, enabling efficient Processing and better Mold Filling for Complex and Thin-Walled Components without compromising Mechanical Strength. This balance of Flow and Reinforcement allows ULTEM™ 2410 PEI Resin to deliver both Manufacturing Efficiency and High Structural Performance.

Inherent Flame Retardant Properties enable ULTEM™ 2410 PEI Resin to achieve UL94 V0 Ratedfrom 0.25 mm to 3.00 mm without added Flame Retardant Modifiers. This ensures reliable Flame Performance while maintaining Clean Material Composition, supporting Electrical Components and Applications requiring Safety Compliance.

High Strength and Rigidity at Elevated Temperatures, combined with Long-Term Thermal Stability, allow ULTEM™ 2410 PEI Resin to perform reliably under Continuous Use Conditions. The material is optimized for Structural and High-Load Applications where both Mechanical Performance and Processability must be maintained.
