ULTEM™ 2410EPR PEI Resin is a High-Performance Engineering Thermoplastic reinforced with 40% Glass Fiber, developed for Applications requiring Maximum Structural Strength, advanced Electroplating Performance, and High Flow Processability. With a Glass Transition Temperature of 217°C, ULTEM™ 2410EPR PEI Resin maintains Mechanical Integrity under Extreme Thermal and Mechanical Conditions, supporting reliable Performance in demanding Environments.
A defining feature of ULTEM™ 2410EPR PEI Resin is its enhanced Surface Finishing Capability, where the Formulation is optimized to support strong Metal Plating Adhesion. This allows Components to achieve durable Coated Surfaces for both Functional and Decorative Applications, making the Material suitable for Designs where Surface Quality and Performance are equally Important.
Improved Flow Characteristics enable efficient Processing and better Mold Filling of Complex Geometries, allowing consistent Production Quality. ULTEM™ 2410EPR PEI Resin delivers up to Four Times higher Plating Adhesion and approximately 30% improved Flow compared to Standard ULTEM™ 2000 Reinforced Grades, providing a strong balance between Processing Efficiency and Surface Performance.
