ULTEM™ 2410R PEI Resin is a High-Performance Engineering Thermoplastic reinforced with 40% Glass Fiber, designed for Applications requiring Maximum Rigidity, improved Flow Processing, and reliable High-Temperature Performance. With a Glass Transition Temperature of 217°C, ULTEM™ 2410R PEI Resin maintains Structural Stability under demanding Thermal and Mechanical Conditions.
A key focus of ULTEM™ 2410R PEI Resin is Processing Efficiency, where enhanced Flow Characteristics combined with Internal Mold Release allow smoother Mold Filling and easier Part Ejection. This Processing Advantage supports improved Production Consistency and reduced Cycle Variability, especially in High-Volume Manufacturing Environments.
The high Glass Fiber Content enables ULTEM™ 2410R PEI Resin to deliver Very High Stiffness, Strength, and Dimensional Stability, allowing Components to maintain Tight Tolerances under Mechanical Load. This Structural Capability makes the Material suitable for Load-Bearing Applications requiring Long-Term Reliability.
