ULTEM™ 3310TD PEI Resin is a High-Performance Engineering Thermoplastic reinforced with Glass Fiber and Mineral Fillers, designed for Applications requiring High Flow, Low CTE, and Optical Precision in Near Infrared Systems. ULTEM™ 3310TD PEI Resin is specifically engineered for Optical Transceiver Components such as Collimator Lenses in Fiber Optic Systems, where Dimensional Control and Optical Performance remain Critical Requirements.
The Hybrid Reinforcement System in ULTEM™ 3310TD PEI Resin provides enhanced Dimensional Stability, High Stiffness, and reduced Thermal Expansion, allowing Components to maintain Accurate Optical Alignment under varying Temperature Conditions. The material exhibits a Low Coefficient of Thermal Expansion of approximately 38 Ppm/°C, supporting Stability in Temperature-Sensitive Environments and Precision Optical Applications.
