ULTEM™ 3452 PEI Resin is a High-Performance Engineering Thermoplastic Reinforced with 45% Glass Fiber and Mineral Fillers, Designed for applications requiring Maximum Strength, Enhanced Dimensional Stability, And reliable Performance at Elevated Temperatures. The Advanced Reinforcement System provides a Strong Structural Solution for demanding Industrial Environments.

The Highly Reinforced PEI Structure delivers Exceptional Stiffness, Very High Modulus, And Superior Creep Resistance, Allowing components to maintain Tight Tolerances under continuous Mechanical Load and Thermal Stress. This makes it Ideal for Precision and Load-Bearing applications.

ULTEM™ 3452 PEI Resin offers enhanced Flow characteristics compared to standard Reinforced Grades, Enabling improved Processability and efficient Filling of Complex Geometries while maintaining High Mechanical Strength.

The material is inherently Flame Retardant and achieves UL94 V0 Ratedfrom 0.77 mm to 3.00 mm, Without the use of added Flame Retardant Modifiers. This ensures reliable Flame Performance while supporting Clean material formulation.

ULTEM™ 3452 PEI Resin provides Outstanding Dimensional Stability, High Strength, And Resistance to deformation, Ensuring Long-Term Performance in High-Temperature and High-Load applications. The Mineral Filling Further enhances Structural Stability and reduces Thermal Expansion.

The Resin is available in Opaque Reinforced Formulations, Optimized for Structural applications where Mechanical Performance and Durability are critical.
