The Hybrid Reinforcement System combines Glass Fiber for Structural Rigidity, Graphite for Lubricity, And PTFE for reduced Coefficient of Friction, Creating a material that Performs Efficiently in Sliding and Wear-Critical applications. The material provides High Strength, Excellent Dimensional Stability, And Good Creep Resistance at Elevated Temperatures, Ensuring reliable Performance in demanding Thermal and Mechanical Environments.

ULTEM™ 4000 PEI Resin achieves UL94 V0 Ratedat 0.84 mm, Providing High-Level Flame Retardant Performance without the use of added Flame Retardant Modifiers.

The Resin is available in Opaque Reinforced Formulations, Optimized for applications where Mechanical Strength, Wear Resistance, And Durability are critical.
