ULTEM™ 4002 PEI Resin is a High-Performance Engineering Thermoplastic Formulated with PTFE Additives, Designed for applications requiring Low Friction, Wear Resistance, And reliable Mechanical Strength without Fiber Reinforcement. It provides a balanced Solution for Tribological Systems where Smooth Motion and Durability are critical.

The PTFE Modification enables reduced Coefficient of Friction and enhanced Wear Resistance, Allowing components to operate Efficiently in Sliding and Dynamic Contact Conditions. This helps Minimize Surface Wear and Improves Long-Term Component Life.

ULTEM™ 4002 PEI Resin maintains High Strength, Dimensional Stability, And Structural Integrity, Even without Glass Reinforcement. Its Non-Reinforced Structure supports Better Surface Finish and reduced Abrasion against Mating Parts.

The material provides consistent Processing and Stable Flow characteristics, Enabling efficient manufacturing of Complex Shapes while maintaining reliable Performance.

ULTEM™ 4002 PEI Resin achieves UL94 V0 Ratedfrom 0.38 mm to 3.00 mm, Delivering High-Level Flame Retardant Performance without the use of added Flame Retardant Modifiers.

The Resin delivers Stable Performance across a Wide Temperature range, Ensuring Durability and Consistency in demanding Operational Environments.
