ULTEM™ 6202 PEI Resin is a High-Performance Engineering Thermoplastic Reinforced with 12% Silica, Designed for applications requiring enhanced Thermal Stability, Dimensional Control, And reliable Performance in Connector Systems. With a High Glass Transition Temperature, It maintains Mechanical Integrity under Elevated Operating Conditions.

The Silica-Reinforced PEI Structure provides improved Dimensional Stability, Low Thermal Expansion, And excellent Resistance to deformation, Making it suitable for Precision components Operating in Heat-Intensive Environments. This ensures Stable Performance in Electrical and Electronic applications.

ULTEM™ 6202 PEI Resin is specifically engineered for Connector applications requiring Thermal Stability, supporting reliable Performance in High-Temperature Electrical Systems and Assemblies.

The material is inherently Flame Retardant and achieves UL94 V0 Ratedat 1.50 mm, Without the use of Halogenated Additives. It also meets FAR 25.853 Requirements, Making it suitable for Aerospace and Safety-Critical applications.
