ULTEM™ 9075 PEI Resin is a High-Performance Polyetherimide Blend engineered for applications requiring High Flow, Low Smoke Emission, and Advanced Flame, Smoke, and Toxicity (FST) Performance. It is specifically designed for Aerospace and Transportation Systems where Safety and Compliance are critical.

The Advanced PEI Blend Structure provides balanced Mechanical Strength, Dimensional Stability, and enhanced Processability, enabling reliable Performance in Complex and Thin-Walled components. Its High Flow characteristics Support efficient manufacturing for Precision applications.
ULTEM™ 9075 PEI Resin meets FAR 25.853 Requirements and OSU 65/65 Standards, Along with Compliance to ABD and NBS Test Methods, ensuring Low Flame Spread, reduced Smoke Generation, and Low Toxic Gas Emission in Fire Conditions.

The Unique formulation enables stable Performance across a Wide Temperature range, maintaining Mechanical Integrity in Aerospace Interiors and Transportation Systems under Thermal Stress.

ULTEM™ 9075 PEI Resin is designed as a Halogen-Free and ECO Conforming material, supporting Environmentally Responsible selection while maintaining High Flame Performance without the use of Halogenated Additives.

This material is available in Transparent Amber or Opaque Colors, providing flexibility for Design and Application Requirements across Multiple Industries.

ULTEM™ 9075 PEI Resin is Ideal for Aerospace Interior components, Rail Systems, Electrical Housings, and Structural applications, where FST Compliance and High Flow are required.

It is not UL Rated, as the material is specifically optimized for Aerospace FST Standards rather than Conventional UL Flame Classifications.

This Resin is RoHS Compliant, supporting Environmentally Responsible material selection while delivering Advanced Flame, Smoke, and Toxicity Performance.
