ULTEM™ ATX200 PEI Blend Resin is a High-Performance Engineering Material based on a Polyetherimide Blend, designed for Applications requiring Enhanced Flow, Outstanding Impact Strength, and reliable Heat Resistance. ULTEM™ ATX200 PEI Blend Resin delivers a strong balance of Toughness and Processability, supporting consistent Performance in demanding Environments.

A primary advantage of ULTEM™ ATX200 PEI Blend Resin is its enhanced Impact Performance, providing significantly improved Toughness compared to Standard ULTEM™ 1000 Series Materials. This allows Components to withstand repeated Mechanical Stress and Impact Loading, making it suitable for Applications requiring durable and resilient Structures.

Improved Flow Characteristics allow efficient Processing of Complex Geometries and Thin‑Walled Components, enabling reliable Mold Filling without compromising Structural Integrity. This Processing Capability supports Manufacturing Efficiency and consistent Part Quality across Production Runs.

A distinct feature of ULTEM™ ATX200 PEI Blend Resin is its ability to support Metallization without Primer, allowing simplified Secondary Operations and enabling high-quality Surface Finishes. This capability allows both Decorative and Functional Coatings with strong Adhesion and durable Performance.

Inherent Flame Retardant Properties enable ULTEM™ ATX200 PEI Blend Resin to achieve UL94 V0 Rating from 1.50 mm to 3.00 mm without Halogenated Additives, supporting reliable Flame Performance and Material Safety in demanding Applications.

The Material provides Intermediate Hydrolytic Stability and good Chemical Resistance, along with improved Stain Resistance compared to Standard PEI Grades. This Performance ensures reliable Operation in real-world Conditions where Exposure to Moisture, Chemicals, and frequent Handling occurs.
