this PEI Blend Resin behaves Differently from Typical High Filled Materials. The Reinforcement System increases Stiffness Significantly, yet the formulation preserves High Impact Strength, allowing components to withstand Mechanical Stress without Brittle Failure.
ULTEM™ ATX3562R PEI Blend Resin improves Processing through enhanced Flow characteristics. even with High Filler content, the material Fills Molds efficiently. Complex Geometries can be achieved with Greater Consistency, reducing the Challenges usually associated with Heavily Reinforced Systems.
Ejection Performance is also optimized. The Integrated Mold Release feature enables Smoother Demoulding, helping reduce Sticking and improving Cycle Efficiency during production.
ULTEM™ ATX3562R PEI Blend Resin provides reliable Heat Resistance, allowing Parts to maintain Structural Integrity when exposed to Elevated Temperatures during Service.
