ULTEM™ AUR200G0 PEI Resin Introduces a Different Approach to High Performance Materials by Combining Engineering capability with a Recycled content Foundation. This Unreinforced Polyetherimide is developed as a General Purpose Grade that maintains the Core Advantages of PEI while supporting more Sustainable material Choices.

ULTEM™ AUR200G0 PEI Resin retains the Familiar Thermal Profile of the ULTEM Platform. with a Glass Transition Temperature of approximately 217 °C, the material Continues to perform in demanding Temperature Environments, allowing components to maintain Strength and Dimensional Integrity during prolonged Heat exposure.

Processing remains Stable. ULTEM™ AUR200G0 PEI Resin follows a standard Flow behaviour, enabling consistent Molding across Common Geometries without Introducing additional Complexity. This makes it suitable for applications transitioning from Conventional PEI Grades to Recycled content Materials.

Mechanical Performance is preserved at Elevated Temperatures. ULTEM™ AUR200G0 PEI Resin maintains reliable Strength and Modulus, allowing Structural Functionality even when exposed to Heat during Operation.

Safety remains built into the material System. ULTEM™ AUR200G0 PEI Resin is inherently Flame Retardant, supporting applications that require consistent Fire Performance without Additive Modification.
